We wanted to make pricing simple and without any surprises. Our pricing is very affordable and never writen in stone. We can customize your package to fit your budget that you are in. Thru out the year we offer many Specials that you can save anywhere from $500 up to $1000 if you choose either photo, video and dj or photo and video only.
Our Basic Photo Package starts at $1,500. This includes one photographer with assistant and Free Engagement photos(**Engagement photo session apply to events that are in contract minimum of 7 months prior to your event date. Some exceptions are allowed**). Also you'll receive up to 75 thank you cards, (4) 8x10 and (1) 11x14. Additional we'll give you a DVD with HD photo images that you can print at your own convienience and a music slide show that you can view on your PC, TV and your smart phone. With your private internet gallery you'll be able to share your photos with family and friends. If you decide to have two photographers then please add $350 from the package you'll choose.
Our videographer that we only recommend is www.halovideo.com Their website will show you all the pricing information and their details. During your meeting with us we'll show you more video samples as well and the product offered. All video bookings are available in our location or in Long Island City where Halo Video Studio is. When choosing our videographer you'll be able to use your wedding photos with the video if requested and save lots of money.
Engagement/Portrait photo session- $300 up to 3 hours: Most of our packages or specials include the Engagement photo session but once in a while we'll get a request from a couple for a portrait session just because they like to have nice photos together. Whatever you're looking for an engagement for two or a simple portrait session for one we are here to accomedate your request. Also family portraits are available with in this price. Photo session is performed at a destination of your choice and it's only up to 3 hours. Any extra time beside the 3 hours will be an extra $150 per hour. Some travel fees may apply depending on the destination. Please contact us to setup an appointment or for more information.
Small up to 5 hour events- $750: If you have a small birthday party or just a family get together, we can help. Price is only for one destination but it includes a CD with your images and a DVD with a photo music slide show. Celebrity Portraits-Starting from $700: Exclusive Celebrity Portraits during your party. Don't waste your money on plane boring photo booth and go with our Celebrity Portraits style.
This is the most newest and exiting way to entertain your guests. Celebrity Portraits will make you and your guests happy and excited about your event. This is truly one way to make your event very unique from any other. Your guests will receive a photo with your custom background that shows your name and date of the event. Frames and props are available upon request(additional fee may apply). Pricing varies depending on background size. Three sizes are available: 4.5ft x 9ft, 6ft x 9ft and 9ft x 9ft. Albums: We offer leather bound flush mount albums and also our famous coffee table albums. The pricing exact pricing of albums you'll be able to receive during our meeting. Pricing starts any where from $290 up to $830 depending on size and finish. Our albums companies offer a large selection of choices for covers and photo finish.
***Bookings are accepted minimum three months in advance before the event. For engagement or portrait shoot please schedule with us minimum of seven months before the date that you'll need our services.*** Some acceptations are made due to certain circumstances.
